About me
Health and fitness has been a passion of mine for over 30 years. After getting involved in the Chek Academy to pursue becoming a Chek Practitioner, I realized I had neglected some key areas of health. For over 30 years I focused on the physical aspect of training almost exclusively until learning how the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects are just as important for overall holistic health. Now I am excited to share this complete system with you.
