  • A holistic breath class designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Holistic involves looking at the body through the physical, mental, emotional, and spritual levels.
  • Suffer from anxiety, brain fog, low energy, chronic fatigue, sleeplessness, poor digestion, pain, negative thinking, or "monkey mind"?
  • This "work in" class will show you techniques you can use anytime to center yourself and become more mindfully present, improve sleep, anxiety, pain, digestion and calm your overactive mind.
  • Any athletic level welcome as long as you can get up and down off the floor.  Comfortable clothing you can easily move around in are suggested as well as a yoga mat.

Excellent mindfulness/meditation class geared towards a group setting in order to facilitate deep relaxation similar to a massage.
