Meet Your Facilitators
Michelle Oates – Founder of Kaizen Holistic Health & Performance
Michelle Oates is a dedicated holistic coach and Chek Rehabilitation Specialist who brings a wealth of expertise in holistic health and lifestyle practices. Through Kaizen Holistic Health’s methodologies incorporating the C.H.E.K. (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) system, as well as her own soul guidance, she helps women uncover the root causes of health imbalances and create sustainable, vibrant well-being.
With decades of experience in movement, mindset, and personalized coaching, as a seasoned retreat host, Michelle leads with expertise, insight, and a deep commitment to your transformation.
Kay Jack – Founder of Soul Fire Rising
Kay Jack bridges holistic and natural sciences with ancient wisdom to empower individuals toward spiritual alignment and purposeful living. She holds a BS in Nutrition and is a 500-hour Kripalu RYT. She continues to pursue advanced studies in yoga & meditation, energy healing, and soul alchemy. Kay’s holistic approach harmonizes body, mind, and soul.
As a seasoned retreat host, Kay brings her compassionate, transformative methods to SPARC, offering ceremonies, embodied experiences through movement, energy work and transformative self-inquiry to help participants connect with their authentic selves.

Friday: Arrival & Connection
4:00 PM: Arrival and orientation
5:00 PM: Dinner and introductions
8:30 PM: Fire Circle – Welcoming ceremony
Saturday: Play, Release & Renewal
Morning: Guided breathwork, emotional alchemy, and conscious connection game
Midday: Dance journey and reflective self-care workshops
Afternoon: Self-massage techniques to relax the body, and a chakra balancing work-in practice.Evening: Free time to indulge in spa experiences (herbal baths, sauna, and ice bath)
Sunday: Integration & Connection
Morning: Yoga and reflective journaling with blessings and fire closing ceremony
Free time to enjoy spa amenities, add-on treatments, or silent reflection

What’s included? Accommodations, organic meals, workshops, spa amenities like sauna, swim spa, herbal bath and ice plunge (note: additional wellness treatments are available to book on site for and extra charge to be paid on booking).
What should I bring? Comfortable clothing for daytime activities, bathing suit, sleepwear, toiletries, and a willingness to explore!
Can I book spa treatments? Yes, additional wellness treatments are available to book on-site for an extra charge. Please visit goldenhillretreat.com to view optional additional services to support your experience. Please let us know via email in advance, kay@soulfirerising.co post-purchase of your ticket if you would like to have any of these extra treatments during the retreat, as we will need to assist you in booking.

Terms and Conditions
Deposit Policy: A $250 deposit is required to secure your spot at the SPARC Women’s Retreat.
Non-Refundable: Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy ensures our ability to plan and deliver the best experience for all participants. Your commitment in this way sets the stage for your intentions regarding your commitment to your growth and renewal.
Transferable Deposit: If you are unable to attend, your deposit can be transferred to another individual for the same retreat. To arrange this, please contact Kay or Michelle directly for assistance and details.
Payment Plans: If you’d like to arrange a payment plan for the remaining balance, please contact us for options.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date of the retreat will not incur any remaining charges, the remaining balance will NOT be auto-billed to your card if you cancel by this time. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date may be subject to full payment of the remaining balance.
